2. About Taiba IT Institute
Taiba IT Institute is a professional IT training organization based in Multan, Pakistan. We provide short-term and advanced-level IT training in Graphic Designing, Digital Marketing, Web Design & Development, Programming, and Freelancing, through both online and on-campus classes.
3. Registration and Account Responsibility
To register for a course, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. You agree that: – All information provided during registration is true and current. – You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your student account. – You will promptly inform us in case of any unauthorized use of your account. Taiba IT Institute reserves the right to suspend or cancel admission if false or misleading information is provided.
4. Payment and Fees
All course fees must be paid according to the fee plan selected at the time of registration.
a. Full Payment Option
Students may pay the complete course fee in advance before classes begin.
b. Installment Plan Option
For the convenience of students, we offer monthly or bi-monthly installment plans.
– The first installment must be paid at the time of admission or before the first class.
– Remaining installments must be paid on or before the due dates communicated by the administration.
– Late payments may result in a penalty or temporary suspension of class access.
– If a student fails to pay two consecutive installments, their admission may be cancelled.
c. Refund Policy
– Once the course has started, fees are non
-refundable under normal circumstances.
– If a course is cancelled by the institute, students will receive a full refund or may transfer to another batch.
– Any request for a refund before the course start date must be made in writing and will be processed after administrative approval.
Payments can be made through cash, bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash, as instructed by the institute.
5. Course Material and Intellectual Property
All course materials, lectures, videos, designs, and digital assets provided by Taiba IT Institute are the intellectual property of the institute. Students are strictly prohibited from:
– Recording, copying, or sharing class content without permission.
– Reselling or redistributing course materials.
– Using institute-provided material for commercial purposes.
Any violation may result in termination of enrollment and possible legal action.
6. Attendance and Conduct
Students are expected to:
– Attend all scheduled classes punctually.
– Maintain discipline and respect toward instructors and peers.
– Avoid disruptive or unethical behavior during physical or online classes.
The institute reserves the right to suspend or expel any student who violates ethical, disciplinary, or attendance rules.
7. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide the best quality education and training, Taiba IT Institute will not be liable for:
– Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.
– Job placement or business success after course completion.
Our courses are designed to teach market-relevant digital skills, but student success depends on individual effort and consistency.

Our website may integrate third-party services like Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or online payment gateways. These platforms have their own privacy and service policies, and we are not responsible for their actions or data handling.

10. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently remove access to any student who:

– Fails to pay fees on time, or
– Misuses institute resources or content.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Courts of Multan, Pakistan.
